getting a head

So one of my dear friends is totally not a little bird kind of person.  He is actually pretty hardco' (almost in the most literal of senses), and I am seeing him tomorrow so I thought I would make him something more appropriate.  I was thinking about putting a santa hat on the frankenstein head (because it IS an ornament) but I decided not to so he could hang it from his car rearview mirror for year round delightment.  p.s. 50th blog entry for the year!  Combined with Obscurity, my character blog, that equals over 100!  And most of them are new pieces of artwork.  Actually, I would say 98% are.  Yay me and my stick-to-itivness!

Here is a peek at the annual "anna is poor so she makes things for her best friends" ornament! 

The ring is at the bottom so that it can nestle on tree branches, giving it the illusion that it is sitting.  Im a clever little bean arent I?
